Levin: 'Every Part Of The Federal Government Is Out Of Control'

June 27, 2012 - 1:51 PM

Last night, radio host Mark Levin said, “every part of the Federal government is out control.”

Levin was discussing a wide range of issues, including yesterday’s DC Circuit Court ruling that upheld the EPA’s authority to regulate greenhouse gasses, and the impending Supreme Court decision on Obamacare:

“Whatever the Supreme Court does on Obamacare tomorrow- I suspect they won’t throw the whole law out, and that’s what they should do - but whatever they do, we will analyze it. But I’m telling you right now, ladies and gentleman- every part of the Federal government is out of control.

“The executive branch, which includes the President, his cronies, and the administrative state. Congress, Congress is out of control, and the courts are out of control.

“And more and more and more, they conspire in their own way against the individual and the states. While they were supposed to check and balance each other, they don’t. They rubber stamp each other; they help each other to consume more and more authority."
