If there is no point in reading bills which could become laws then there is no point in keeping Conyers in office. Let Conyers, all the demoncrats, RINOs and lack-luster Republicans be swept out by some honest independents, constitutionalists and libertarians who care about laws and especially those laws that do not violate the intent of the founding fathers' written documents for our country.
