This July 24, 2007 booking photo provided by the Jennings Police Department Mug shows Anna Brown. A St. Louis hospital says it made every effort to help Brown who sought treatment for a sprained ankle and subsequently died in police custody after being arrested for refusing to leave the facility. An autopsy showed blood clots killed 29-year-old Anna Brown in September when they migrated from her legs to her lungs. (AP Photo/Jennings Police Department via St. Louis Post-Dispatch)
