Mark Levin: My Family Discussed Obamacare on Thanksgiving...

December 3, 2013 - 11:34 AM

The liberal Organizing for Action encouraged people to talk about Obamacare at the Thanksgiving dinner this year - and Mark Levin did just that.

Here's what he had to say about the experience:

"I had two Thanksgiving dinners.  That's right, two.  One on Thanksgiving in Virginia.  It was wonderful, absolutely wonderful.  And, the next evening in New Jersey, absolutely wonderful.  And you wanna know why those two dinners were wonderful?  Not only because the food was outstanding, but because there wasn't a single liberal at either dinner.  Not one.  It wasn't planned that way; it's just that my family and friends aren't liberals.  Why should I punish myself?"

"And yes, we discussed Obamacare, and we all dumped on it because it deserved to be dumped on.  And we discussed Obama, same thing, and he deserved it too.  We discussed how Obama was destroying our foreign policy as he destroyed our domestic programs.  Yes, yes, we did.  We had a grand old time.  We did it from the beginning of the meal to the end of the meal, right into dessert and after the meal, and we felt great.  We were venting."

Organizing for Action, which was formerly known as Organizing for America and helped get President Obama elected to the presidency, had released an ad encouraging Americans to discuss signing up for health insurance through the Obamacare exchanges with their family members on Thanksgiving.
