DETROIT (AP) — In a story Dec. 15, The Associated Press reported that Tom Monaghan, a founder of Domino's Pizza, was suing the federal government over mandatory contraception coverage in the federal health care law. The story should have made clear that Monaghan sold most of his controlling stake in Domino's in 1998 to the private equity company Bain Capital. Domino's now is a publically traded company.
