ATLANTA (AP) — Passengers have been evacuated from a Delta Air Lines flight after it blew at least one tire while landing at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen said Delta Flight 2284 from Pittsburgh blew at least one tire after landing around 4:15 p.m. Saturday.
Passengers were evacuated using the plane's rear stairs. It was not immediately clear if anyone was injured.
WAGA-TV reported that fire crews used a foam spray to douse flames toward the rear of the aircraft.
