The Associated Press has learned that Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, who died Tuesday of brain cancer, will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
Washington (AP) - The Associated Press has learned that Sen. Edward M. Kennedy, who died Tuesday of brain cancer, will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the plans have not yet been made public.
Kennedy's slain brothers, former President John F. Kennedy and former Sen. Robert F. Kennedy, also are buried at Arlington, along with some other members of the family.
Kennedy, the only surviving brother of the storied political family, died after a yearlong struggle with brain cancer. He was 77.
