Pro-War Ad Campaign Begins This Week

(CNSNews.com) - A group that supports the U.S. military is launching a new ad campaign, urging Americans not to surrender in the war against terrorism.
Move America Forward said it has produced three radio ads that will air nationwide.
"Those who seek to wave the white flag of surrender in Iraq have not learned the lesson of 20 years of terrorist attacks against U.S. interests," said Move America Forward Co-Chair Melanie Morgan.
"How many more World Trade Centers must fall before those calling for withdrawal from Iraq get the message: We either defeat the terrorists overseas, on their turf, or watch as innocent American civilians die here at home," Morgan said.
One of the ads urges the Sacramento City Council to rescind a resolution passed last week that calls for the withdrawal of all U.S. troops from Iraq. A second ad urges Americans to "pull together as a nation," and the third conveys the message, "Don't give up."
"For the next 3 months we will be on the airwaves reminding Americans that while they are enjoying the holidays with family and friends, the men and women of the U.S. military are risking their lives to keep our nation safe and free," Morgan said.
