PHILADELPHIA (AP) — A Philadelphia jury says it's deadlocked on two counts in the murder trial of a longtime abortion provider.

Dr. Kermit Gosnell is on trial, charged with murder, in the deaths of a female patient and four babies prosecutors say were born alive at the abortion clinic he ran.
