Justice Elena Kagan said she was “not sure” if she would've received the nomination for Supreme Court Justice from President Obama if she wasn't a woman. “And to tell you the truth there were also things that I got because I was a woman. I mean I'm not sure I'd be sitting here,” Kagan said while speaking Friday to law students at the University of Tennessee Law School.
