Sen. Feinstein: No Limit on Congress' Power to Mandate Health Insurance

Sen. Diane Feinstein (D-Calif.) said the Constitution's Commerce clause gives Congress the power to mandate that Americans buy health insurance, and that this authority is unlimited when it comes to health care.
