(CNSNews.com) - A reporter at Thursday's news conference barely got ten words out of her mouth when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, muffled behind her face mask, shut her down.

"Madam Speaker, these new allegations of corruption involving Joe Biden--" the reporter started to say.

Pelosi cut her off immediately:

"Excuse me," she said, waving her hand. "Okay, I'm not answering your question. Okay. We're talking about coronavirus -- that's what I -- I don't have all day for questions. That's what we're taking now. Does anyone have a question on the coronavirus negotiations?"

Pelosi took a few more questions on that topic, and that was it.
