Daily Wire CEO Sells 300K ‘Chocolate Binary’ Bars in 36 Hours Following Hershey’s Transgender Ad Stunt

“Thanks to Jeremy’s Chocolate, you can stop eating chocolate that hates you,” Daily Wire co-CEO Jeremy Boreing says, touting the success of his new non-woke candy bars, responding to an advertisement by Hershey celebrating International Women’s Day – featuring a biological male.

“As long as corporations and institutions across America continue to alienate half the country, The Daily Wire will continue building alternatives. Stop giving your money to woke chocolate companies that hate you,” Boreing said.

In the first 36 hours on the market, Boreing reportedly sold three hundred thousand of his “chocolate binary” bars. A four-pack of the 1.5 once bars goes for $27.96, but is currently on sale for $24.99, or about $6.25 per par.

At the four-pack sale price, given sales of three hundred thousand bars, that comes out to more than $1.8 million. A 24-pack is currently on sale for $100, or about $4.17 per bar. If customers bought only 24-packs, total sales would still be more than $1.2 million.

Boreing’s “chocolate binary” bars come in two varieties: HeHim and SheHer. Both bars are made from liquor, cocoa butter, cane sugar, and milk – but, HeHim also has nuts, as Boreing jokes on the product’s website:

“Some chocolate companies don't even know what a woman is. But we do.

“Indulge in the chocolate binary. One with nuts, one without. You know which is which.”

 “International Women’s Day is upon us again, and I love an international woman,” Boreing quips in a video explaining the genesis of Jeremy’s Chocolate:

“But, our friends over at Hershey? They don’t even know what a woman is.

“They’ve hired a biological male to be the spokesperson for their Women’s Day campaign. And, they’re calling that campaign – and I swear I’m not making this up – ‘HerShe.’ ‘HerShe’: It’s humiliating.

“And, it’s the reason that I’m launching Jeremy’s Chocolate.”

The Hershey’s ad features Fae Johnstone, a “2SLGBTQIA+” transgender “woman.” Johnstone, a biological male, is a board member of Canada’s Young Women’s Christian Association (YWCA).
