Nigel Farage: ‘Taliban and ISIS Have Threatened an American President and He’s Decided to Dance to Their Tune’

Former BREXIT Party Leader Nigel Farage said that America’s world image and credibility have never been worse, now that President Joe Biden has pulled troops from Afghanistan and given in to Taliban’s demands the U.S. leave by the end of August.

In a Fox & Friends First interview, Farage was incredulous that Biden would ignore his G7 allies and allow himself to be bullied by the Taliban and ISIS:

“Amazing, isn’t it? The whole of the G7 begging the president to extend the deadline – but, no, no, no, because the Taliban and ISIS have threatened an American president and he’s decided to dance to their tune.”

“I mean, what kind of man is this?” Farage asked.

“Certainly – if it’s a Biden or Harris administration – honestly, there is no way, there is no way, a British Parliament, right now, would vote for military cooperation with America led by this administration,” Farage said.

America’s image has ”Never been worse,” Farage said, when asked ‘How does the United States look on the world stage?”

Farage said Biden severely damaged America’s image and credibility by refusing to consult with his NATO allies and surrendering Afghanistan to Taliban barbarians:

“For President Biden, unilaterally, without consultation with us or the rest of the NATO allies, just to announce that America is going, to effectively fly the white flag to the Taliban, to see that dramatic takeover by these barbarians of the country, we feel, frankly…right now why would we ever trust America in any international mission given they make decisions without consulting their closest friends?”

Biden declared that he was kind and compassionate, and that “America is back” – yet, he’s leaving thousands of American, British and European citizens behind “to goodness knows what fate,” Farage said.

“I shudder to think what will happen to those left behind,” Farage said:

“And, here’s the real worry: there are going to be thousands, thousands, not just of Afghan interpreters, but of British and American and other European citizens who will be left behind in Afghanistan to goodness knows what fate.

“And, here’s the worst part of this: the first job of the American president, just as the first job of the British prime minister, is to protect your own citizens. And this announcement of the American withdrawal was made without a thought to any individuals and they are the ones in the end who will pay a high price. So, I suspect between now and the deadline of the 31st, the scenes at Kabul airport will get worse.

“After that I shudder to think what will happen to those left behind – and this American president came in saying he was kind, compassionate, ‘America is back,’ do you remember the resonance of that message?”
