Democrats do not want to “offend the Marxists and anarchists,” conservative commentator Mark Levin said on "The Mark Levin Show" Monday.

He argued that Presidential candidate Joe Biden and his Democrat party had offered no policy or response to the recent uptick of inner city shootings.

“Let's start the program this way, I have a question for you, ladies and gentlemen, particularly you Democrats," Levin said. "What is the Democrat policy to deal with the inner city mass murder that's taking place in every major city, what's the Democrat policy to deal with it? I hear crickets. Do you hear crickets, Mr. Producer? They have none. None.”

“What did Joe Biden say today or yesterday about the mass murder that's been taking place in the inner cities of this country? What did he say yesterday? Nothing. Did he or his campaign put out a statement? Not one syllable. You are running for president of the United States and you don't even acknowledge what's taking place in our cities because you have no policy. ”

Levin also stated that the recent violence disproportionately affected minority groups, saying "to the best of my knowledge, all of these people, if not the vast majority of them, are black. And these little kids, babies killed. You hear nothing from Antifa, nothing from Black Lives Matter, because they help create the environment in which this is occurring, as have these radical progressive mayors. Let's be blunt and let's pin the blame exactly where it belongs. Obviously, the killers first. But you need to have leadership. Leadership."

Below is a transcript of Mark Levin’s comments from the segment:

"Oh the news is so Mickey Mouse, isn't it? Let's start the program this way, I have a question for you, ladies and gentlemen, particularly you Democrats. What is the Democrat policy to deal with the inner city mass murder that's taking place in every major city, what's the Democrat policy to deal with it? I hear crickets. Do you hear crickets, Mr. Producer? They have none. None. What did Joe Biden say today or yesterday about the mass murder that's been taking place in the inner cities of this country? What did he say yesterday? Nothing. Did he or his campaign put out a statement? Not one syllable. You are running for president of the United States and you don't even acknowledge what's taking place in our cities because you have no policy.

Let me be clear and let us hope it is recorded and regurgitated by all the hate websites. The Democrat party would rather have an issue than black lives matter. And that's lowercase 'b,' lowercase 'l,' and lowercase 'm.' They would rather not offend the Marxists, the anarchists, and the assorted kooks who seek to defund our police departments. Biden and his party, Pelosi, and Schumer haven't said squat about what they would do.

The president of the United States tweets and says, hey mayors, I can't just send in military; I can't just send in National Guard. I can’t just help you' you need to ask for help. Governors, I’m here. Ask me. I'll help you -- not a word.

And what's the Biden plan? There is no plan. He's Helen Keller; he can't hear, he can't see, he can't speak. Nothing. He's not Helen Keller. She had an IQ. And, of course, the Democrats: nothing. You read these numbers. In Chicago and New York and Philadelphia and Cleveland and one city after another.

To the best of my knowledge, all of these people, if not the vast majority of them, are black. Leadership.

There is no Joe Biden policy to deal with the mass murder that's taking place in the inner cities. And it's not just mass murder. That's all we hear about. There's robberies, there's burglaries. There's assault and batteries. There's rapes. Everything is skyrocketing. Everything.

And what will the white liberals do? 'Oh, Frank?' 'Yes, Samantha.' 'Let's leave.' 'Okay, where shall we go?' 'Let's go to a red state that is systemically racist, but at least we'll have lower taxes and at least, at least they won't have crime in their communities and in their schools, Frank.' 'All right, Samantha, let's go.' 'Let's make sure we can pick a realtor; I don't want to pay six percent, maybe four percent.' 'Oh, okay.' 'And then we can vote for Biden.' 'Yes, of course.'"
