Bozell Gets Tea Party Crowd Chanting ‘Fire Eric Holder’

( ForAmerica President Brent Bozell rallied a crowd of Tea Partiers to chant “Fire Eric Holder” at Wednesday’s ‘Audit the IRS’ rally at the Capitol.

Bozell addressed the Internal Revenue Service targeting of conservative groups, asking the crowd if they considered it an abuse of personal freedom. He then asked the crowd if they wanted a federal investigation into the issue.

“Yes,” they responded.

“I am sick and tired of not getting answers from my government when my government is abusing my freedoms. It is time to tell this nation’s top cop, Attorney General Eric Holder, 'It’s time to go,'” Bozell said.

“Fire Eric Holder,” he declared.

“Fire Eric Holder,” the crowd chanted in unison.

Wednesday’s rally follows multiple investigations into the IRS for improper targeting of conservative groups applying for tax-exempt status.

Brent Bozell is also the president of the Media Research Center, the parent organization of

“I have one more message about the national news media that have been aiding and abetting this censorship by not reporting to the American people,” Bozell continued, “They’re here. They’re all around you. I want you as you leave to give them all a big hug, give them all a big kiss and then tell them, ‘Damn you, do your job!’”

The crowd then began changing, “Do your job!”
