(CNSNews.com) – In the latest undercover investigative video of Planned Parenthood, a biotech CEO says her company could handle delivery of “another 50 livers a week” taken from aborted babies and then, while discussing the shipment of intact baby heads and brains, the CEO laughs about making sure the child’s eyes are closed and says, “Tell the lab it’s coming!”
This conversation occurs during a luncheon meeting with StemExpress CEO Cate Dyer and the “buyers” (actors) representing a fetal tissue procurement company, and one other unidentified man at the table. The undercover video was made by the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) and it is the eighth video to be released since mid-July.
The CEO of StemExpress, shown in the video, is Cate Dyer. Her older sister, Charlotte Ivancic is the outgoing health policy adviser to House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio).
During the lunch conversation, which took place on May 22, 2015, one of the “buyers” asks Dyer, “What would make your lab happy?”
“Another 50 livers a week,” Dyer responds. “We’re working with almost like triple digit number clinics,” she explains, “and we still need more.”
Dyer added that, “Planned Parenthood has volume, because they are a volume institution.”
StemExpress, in Placerville, Calif., acted as a middleman between Planned Parenthood abortion clinics and research institutions looking for aborted baby parts. The company cut ties with Planned Parenthood on Aug. 14, following the outcry over the investigative videos that were released in late July and which named StemExpress.
Dyer jokes in the video about shipping baby parts to squeamish labs.
She explains that neural tissue is “the hardest thing in the world to ship.”
“You do it as the whole calvarium,” the CMP actor says, referring to the aborted baby’s head
“Yeah, that’s the easiest way. And we’ve actually had good success with that,” Dyer agrees.
“Make sure the eyes are closed!” the CMP actor jokes.
“Yeah! [laughter] Tell the lab it’s coming!” Dyer jokes, saying, “They’ll open the box, go, “Oh God!” [laughter] So yeah, so many of the academic labs cannot fly like that, they’re not capable.”
Dyer goes on to say that many research labs “don’t want to know” where the baby parts are coming from.
“It’s almost like they don’t want to know where it comes from. I can see that. Where they’re like, ‘we need limbs, but no hands and feet need to be attached.’ Or they want long bones, and they want you to take it all off, like, make it so that we don’t know what it is,” she says.
“And their lab techs freak out, and have meltdowns, and so it’s just like, yeah,” Dyer continues. “I think, quite frankly, that’s why a lot of researchers ultimately, some of them want to get into other things. They want to look at bone marrow, they want to look at adipose- sort of adult human, kind of adult based sampling. They want to avoid publishing a paper that says it was derived from fetal tissue.”
Dyer also ssks about the possibly of getting more liver “because that’s such an area of demand for us.”
“So liver, and what about intact specimens?” the “buyer” asks Dyer in response.
“Oh yeah, I mean if you have intact cases, which we’ve done a lot, we sometimes ship those back to our lab in its entirety,” says Dyer.
“The entire case?” asks the “buyer.”
“Yeah, yeah,” says Dyer. “The procurement for us, I mean it can go really sideways, depending on the facility, and then our samples are destroyed,” she explains possibly referring to botched fetal dissections, “so we started bringing them back even to manage it from a procurement expert standpoint.”
In reference to the shipping of “intact cases,” the CMP claims in a press release that “‘Case’ is the clinical term for an abortion procedure. An ‘intact case’ refers to an intact abortion with a whole fetus.” The CMP points to recorded conversations with Deborah Nucatola, a top Planned Parenthood executive, as proof of this.
“Most providers will do this case under ultrasound guidance, so they’ll know where they’re putting their forceps,” Nucatola said in an earlier video.
However, Cate dyer denies that she was speaking about “intact” aborted babies.

As the Free Beacon reported on Aug. 24, “StemExpress denied that allegation, claiming that all references to ‘case’ in the video were in reference to baby livers rather than the entire baby.”
“My use of the term ‘intact cases’ is a medical term of art that refers solely to ‘intact livers,’ as there was absolutely no mention of ‘intact fetuses’ at any point,” Dyer said in a statement quoted by the Free Beacon.
“Consistent with the company’s prior public statements, StemExpress has never requested, received or provided to a researcher an ‘intact fetus,’” said Dyer.
Regardless of what “intact case” may specifically refer to in this video, Melissa Farrell, director of research for Planned Parenthood Gulf Coast, discussed the potential sale of “intact fetal cadavers” in the fifth undercover video released by the CMP.
In that video, the following exchange occurs:
Buyer: “And if you can do that, and it compensates you, and financially that’s helping you to grow your clinic, I’m willing to do that.”
Planned Parenthood’s Melissa Farrell: “Uh-huh. … Yeah. And so if we alter our process—”
Melissa Farrell: “And we are able to obtain intact, fetal cadavers, then we can make it part of the budget that any dissections are this, and splitting the specimens into different shipments is this. That’s, it’s all just a matter of line items.”
"This new video is yet another confirmation of what the seven other videos have proven--Planned Parenthood sells the body parts of the children that they abort, including babies who are delivered intact and very likely born alive,” Lila Rose, president of Live Action, said in a statement on Tuesday.
“Cate Dyer--the CEO of the company which has Planned Parenthood-endorsed advertisements which tout the profitability of the selling of baby parts--casually states Parenthood Parenthood is a ‘volume institution,’ and references the ‘intact cases, which happens a lot,’” said Rose.
“Dyer's words are chilling--every ‘intact case’ that StemExpress buys from Planned Parenthood is a fetus who was delivered without first killing the child through digoxin or other means, raising a high possibility these babies were born alive,’” Rose said
Judie Brown, president of American Life League (ALL), said in a statement, “This video reveals a devilish harvest operating at a nearly unimaginable scale. This is human sacrifice to the gods of science, and it’s on a level that dwarfs the atrocities of past civilizations.”
“Planned Parenthood treats innocent preborn human persons as cattle at a meat market, butchering our future for profit today,” said Brown. “It must end; Planned Parenthood and its co-conspirators MUST be defunded and shut down forever.”
