Mrs. Obama's Tweet Urges Visit to Website Featuring Sex Tips from Prostitutes

(CNSNews.com) – First Lady Michelle Obama tweeted a suggestion on Monday that people should visit iVillage.com, a website where she recently served as a guest editor that features graphic sex tips, including from prostitutes at a Nevada brothel.

"It’s the beginning of a new school year, and @iVillage has a few tips straight from the First Mom: http://OFA.BO/gMTkV8,” says the tweet, which posted at 3:25 p.m. on Sept. 3, 2012.

The first lady’s tweet links to an article and video posted on the iVillage website during the week Aug.21-25, the period of time that Mrs. Obama served as guest editor.

The article, entitled “Guest Editor Michelle Obama Exclusive: Keeping Her Girls Active But Not Overscheduled,” is one of the stories focusing on the first lady that wast posted while she was guest editor.

“First Lady Michelle Obama tossed off her shoes, got comfy on her office couch and dished with me for more than an hour on Monday (Aug. 21), fielding questions from you – the women of iVillage – about everything from whether women can truly have it all to daughter Malia entering high school to her thoughts on the book sensation, Fifty Shades of Grey,” the article accompanying the video interview states.

On the same page that Mrs. Obama linked to in her tweet there is a menu bar, including a “Love & Sex” tab.

A click on the “Love & Sex”  tab took visitors to a page that with article and photos entitled “Sex Tips From the Bunny Ranch Girls”--prostitutes in Pahrump, Nev., where the practice is legal.

Other articles on the page are entitled ‘8 Subtle Ways To Give Him the Hint to Head ‘South’ ” and “9 Naughty Apps Worth the Download.”

CNSNews.com asked the first lady’s press office was via e-mail and telephone about her guest editorship and association with the iVillage website and whether Mrs. Obama was aware of the sexually explicit content on the website and approved of it.

The press office did not respond.
