Earlier this week, Harris-Perry chastised a Latino Republican guest on her show to be "super careful" when using the phrase "hard worker" to describe white Republican Rep. Paul Ryan, R-Wisc., the newly elected House GOP Speaker. Why? "I will go as far as I can, even beyond President Obama," she bragged, "to make sure law-abiding, decent, hard-working people in this country are not ripped away from their families."

For the past several years, medical professionals have warned that the federal electronic medical records mandate — buried in the trillion-dollar Obama stimulus of 2009 — would do more harm than good. Their diagnosis, unfortunately, is on the nose.

In the sadistic era of fraudulent Hope and Change, inspectors general inside the federal government have been kicked, neutered and starved of the authority and information they need to do their jobs.

NBA star Kevin Johnson's latest troubles are a stark reminder of the despicable White House role in railroading a vigilant government watchdog who red-flagged Johnson's corruption years ago.

If President Obama is so confident he can contain the jihad virus and prevent homicidal soldiers of Allah from wreaking more havoc in the U.S. prison system, I suggest importing the bottom-of-the-barrel Gitmo goons to an institution near one of the commander in chief's favorite vacation spots in Martha's Vineyard or Kailua.

On the anniversary week of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, President Obama is rolling out the welcome mat to tens of thousands of Syrian Muslim refugees. What could go wrong?

After nearly eight years of the East Wing's politics of mope and complain, it's refreshing to see a presidential candidate's spouse who is always smiling.

After an entire campaign season spent tarring Republicans as sleazy misogynists waging a "war on women," Democrats can hardly afford their own cringetastic standard-bearer whom women, teens and young girls cannot bear to be around. With Biden in command, America will have a hands-on president. That is not a good thing.

Ooouuuch. My sides are still aching after last week's comical announcement by GOP presidential candidate Jeb Bush that he had snagged the coveted endorsement of notorious electoral reject Eric Cantor, the former House majority leader kicked to the curb by disgusted voters in Virginia's 2014 primary election.

Holier-than-thou liberals on the Denver city council are waging war on Chick-fil-A in the name of tolerance and diversity. Now, let me tell you what the squawking is really all about: It's a distraction, a feint, a mile-high smokescreen.

Joining former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her secret servers, former IRS witch hunt queen Lois Lerner and her secret email accounts, former EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson and her Internet alter egos, and former Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack and his non-public email account is White House science czar John Holdren.

"Are you sure?" I asked my daughter before writing this column. "Yes," she said resolutely. Veronica is profoundly grateful for all the prayers, kindness and advice from strangers, friends and family alike that she received earlier this summer when I first told you about her plight. We hope sharing the rest of her story can help pay it forward in some way.
