Dr. C. M. Hoy is a Professor of Economics at the County College of Morris in New Jersey. He has written many articles on individual freedom in regard to speech, equality, and the marketplace. He is the author of “A Philosophy of Individual Freedom: The Political Thought of F. A. Hayek” by Greenwood Press.
