Dr. Spencer earned his PhD in Theological Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and he spent eleven years in higher education administration. He currently serves as the faculty chair at Right On Mission. Dr. Spencer is the author of “Useful to God: Eight Lessons from the Life of D.L. Moody."
